I remember the first time I cooked for him when we are in the stage of girlfriend/boyfriend of one month relationship is Pork Adobo. Also, I can still capture the moment how he loves the prepared cooked pork adobo. He said “the best!”, I was not flattered that time because we’re both hungry.
My second, third and so forth cook of any variation of Adobo are great! He never talk about how delicious my adobo was but I can see how he likes it. I tried different kind of adobo and realized it is now my specialty.
Today, I prepared Adobong Sukiyaki for our lunch.
