The title is funny and you can tell that I have never been cook Pancit ever. I mean it but, I helped cooks of Pansit on preparing the ingredients especially buying them at market. Basics are washing the vegetable ingredients and start in peeling carrots and stripping them, stripping the bell pepper without the seed of course, stripping the cabbage, boiling chicken or pork meat in the water adding flavors on it, cut and strip the pork and chicken, prepare the pound garlic, sliced onion, salt, soy sauce for seasoning.

My way to cook pansit for the first time:

 

Soak the pansit bihon in the water for 10mins and drain.

oil the big pan in a little amount and spread the oil, put the garlic and meat/chicken and stir fry.. add salt and pepper.. cook well.

add the broth of chicken or meat in the pan and a knorr cubes of chicken

add the vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, bell peppers.. cook well

add the pansit bihon and mixed it up.. make sure the pansit is cook well too.

add soy to add taste and color. TADA!!!!

 

 

 

 

Prepare a plate with pancit add calamansi to add flavors :) .
