Cook any kind in an Adobo cuisine suits every Filipino taste. Yesterday, we had Pinakbet and I still have left 3/4 kilo of it so, another made of pork for lunch again. Preparation are easy as it is. The very important is to wash the vegetables to remove any unwanted dirt.

Baguio Beans

Brocolli

Pork thinly slice in small bits

Garlic & Onion

After, chop/slice the brocolli and baguio beans, I actually washed them again making sure they are clean to cook :) . Sliced pork in a small bits then Saute them with garlic & onion, put a salt and black pepper powder. Pour soy sauce and add sugar. Add the vegetables and pour some water. Wait to boil until everything looks perfect to eat.
