Actually, the first pancit bihon made was not appreciated much. There were many left overs at the fridge and it’s been there for a week before we threw it. But of course, I did a second try. This time it should have many ingredients. I remembered how my Uncle Sawik cooked Pansit and what were the ingredients but, the technique I doubt it. If there would be an special ingredient then he just knew by his self then. A Chinese Kikiam, Squid ball, baguio beans were added on the ingredients and 2 boullion of chicken cubes.

 

 

There were mistakes made though. Well, when someone helps you without your permission, the essence and beauty of the preparation and cooking of food is not gonna be right. I dropped few ingredients, the Chinese Kikiam were all over and crushed due to mixing. So, do not allow anyone to go someone near your station.
