Who loves to market? I have never been like this doing a huge market activity in my life. I guess that’s every wives do, to prepare a food for the family. It is so challenging to cook different recipes in same kind of meat. Have been cooked Bulalo in corn, added soup pack and Japanese fish balls. It’s one of kind and we loved it!

Never thought a simple Bulalo would crave me that much. A set of Bone Marrow of more than 3 kilos cost 360php and found it the best for Bulalo.

 

 

 

A cabbage and potato would do as the garnish which add more flavors to Bulalo. I happen to say it is very special because it was a love of cooking and a masterpiece to cook Bulalo.

 

Special Beef Bulalo Recipe

Process:

In a large casserole boil 1 1/2 kilos of bone marrow with meat then Remove the scum. (1 1/2 liters of water)

 

Add a crushed garlic and chopped onion. Add salt (4 pinch).

 

Boil for 2 hours until the meat is tender.
Add 3 tsp of fish sauce.
Add the Potato.
Add the Cabbage.

 

Very simple but it takes a while. If you like to have it in lunch, wake up early and start preparing ingredients to use and cook them around 9am.  My in laws enjoyed my cooking much, I literally smell and hear appreciation that keeps me moving forward in cooking, shooting, blogging and sharing. I heard “masarap” and another one “ang sarap” that makes my smile reaching my ear :) .
