A lazy afternoon of blogging and working at the same time, and I can feel the growls on my stomach meaning..you know it already… I see all the junk foods, some left overs of our lunch meal, food desserts at the fridge. I don’t feel like to cook but what inspire me to move and prepare snack is my hungry husband. It is common to many wives that you need to prepare and feed your man. I never thought that I have hashbrown on my in-laws freezer so I went ahead and fry it. This could be a unique snack meal, it wasn’t the best seller in my hometown but, I got a chance to keep in a freezer. Sounds familiar to kids and family when they have already watched the Jollibee hashbrown burger. I have the version of my own. The title is correct, it is a Hashbrown in bacon and bread. The bread I use is always Gardenia and knowing it is fresh and trusted. Bacon is from purefoods and it is my favorite.
For Him and For Her
The hashbrown is crunchy in a potato form. It is like a mash potato covered with tasty bread crumbs chicken flavor. He loves it, I love it and I think the family would love it. I would love to try it in a shanghai rolls and put a cheese, definitely it would be great snack for everybody.
