We see beautiful things, there are things we see as fast as a second and it’s amazing. Our camera or digicams cannot capture fast moving pictures if we just carry them around on our neck. Most of camera owners has own purposes to shoot pictures like when someone posses and smile they easily capture great photos. A lot of good subjects to shoot  flowers, animals, plants, roads, lights and others are just basics. Sometimes you need to read and learn how to get a great and perfect photo. All professional photographers has gears, large lenses, tripods, monopods, reflector, high end dslr cameras, extra batteries, camera bags and others that they may use during coverage events.

As an amateur photographer of food photography, I have my ways to shoot pictures. Also, I joined and took professional photography seminars to learn basic and advance photography. Magazines and online photos are helpful on getting tips on placing and plating foods, garnishes before you shoot them. Lights and shadow are also important during your photography shoot. I wasn’t contented on my photos before I bought a tripod, the photos were great and still. I can manage shooting, plating, test lighting, flex the cam with the help of tripod.

Induro Tripod

Tripod is different from monopod. I haven’t seen monopod and sounds interesting as I search on the web, it is very good on shooting outside especially shooting nature. Tjsnaps told me that “Monopods are great for supporting cameras especially with large lenses when you need to move from place to place. They will increase your steadiness but only to a point. Most people don’t realize you have to learn to use a monopod to get the most out of it. When I go camping (sigh it’s been a long time) I take a monopod which I also use as a walking stick. But if I really need support for long exposures then I use a tripod. Unfortunately the only tripod I own isn’t very practical for on the go. But they do make some nice light weight models.”
