- Chopped Chicken
- Garlic and Onion
- Sayote or Papaya (I prefer sayote)
- 1 Knorr Chicken Cubes
- Patis / Fish Sauce

In a medium heat casserole with oil, saute peeled and sliced ginger, chopped onion until transparent and crushed garlic until goldren brown.
Add the chicken, cook for 5-10 minutes until the color changed and add pinch of salt.
Add enough water and patis.
Bring it to boil for 5 minutes.
Add sayote and malungay, lower the heat for another 5 minutes until the meat is tender. A
dd more patis according to your taste.
